Rita Johnson has served as a teacher, curriculum instructor, vice principal, and principal in the District of Columbia Public Schools for more than 30 years. She has created and implemented extensive professional development programs for K-12 teachers and administrators on data analysis, core instruction and project-based learning in an effort to enhance classroom instruction and to improve student learning. She has conducted numerous administrative trainings in the areas of school management and leadership organization. Rita has been masterfully successful as an executive coach for principals, curriculum specialists and central office administrators.
